Your card on file will be charged on the agreed upon date when membership began with Alpha Fit. Cards should be kept up to date on your enrollment profile if being charged via CC or debit card. Any refunds agreed to after an auto payment has run will be credited less a 10% merchant services fee reimbursement.
Auto Payment Policy
Cancellation requires a 5 days written notice via in person and must sign our cancellation form. Member must also provide identification upon cancellation. If cancellation not done within 5 day notice, member will still be charged the following cycle and cancelled effective their next installment.
Roll Over Policy
Missed classes can be made up during the same month (classes do not roll over from month to month. We are a “month to month” gym so use them or lose them).
Agreements & Suspensions
In summary, there are no refunds if member does not follow the 5 day cancellation policy. All members are required to sign for their own cancellation. Only the member or their parent/guardian can cancel for said member.
Lost/Stolen Item Policy
Alpha Fit can not be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal items left in the gym or in the car parked on our premises.
