We offer two unique programs designed to accommodate anyone at any level of fitness. Our first is Bootcamp, designed for those just starting out. This class builds a foundation on movements and mobility required in every day life to be functional. There is little to no weights and your body weight is the primary source of resistance for this class. Next as a stepping stone is CrossFit, a class for intermediate to advanced athletes, the movements are more dynamic, there is a lot more weights involved and the intensity level is much higher, the results also come faster. Both programs are always accommodating for beginners.
